Everything is Everything

I can’t count the number of times I’ve felt like I had to rush to do something. A significant portion of my life was spent watching the clock. The small, yet powerful digits directed me, developed me, dismissed me, denied me, and have even taught me the power of being daring.

I know that my existence is not defined by numbers but rather by the quality of life that I choose to lead. I’ve been building sustainable, positive habits that start and end with gratitude. Every day that I wake up is truly a gift. I recall a time when I felt as though I didn’t have anything to look forward to. I can confidently say now that I am thrilled to start each new day with high hopes and the drive to bring my dreams to fruition.

Of course I may not start with that same mindset everyday but within me I know there is an inner peace that comes with surrender. Surrendering is a true act of faith. My experience isn’t based on my expectations. It doesn’t matter what I expect when I can see the beauty in the unexpected. The power in those seemingly small encounters as though satellites we enter someone’s universe if only for a brief moment in time. Orbiting each other’s worlds not knowing the inner intricacies that exist within them.

When it comes to the details, we are all searching for ourselves. Who are we, deep within, outside of conditioning and societal expectations? I am on a journey to find out, and I hope you can too.
